Responsibilities
Provide project leadership of multiple and simultaneous diverse continuous improvement projects
Develop project structure, organization and operating rhythm that ensures successful accomplishment of priorities
Use the Boeing Problem Solving Model methodology or Route Cause Corrective Action methodologies
Work with customers and management to obtain project and milestone approval
Identify performance metrics and plan resources required over the life of the project
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
1+ years using Route Cause Corrective Action Methodologies
Able to travel 10% of the time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
