Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership of multiple and simultaneous diverse continuous improvement projects
• Develop project structure, organization and operating rhythm that ensures successful accomplishment of priorities
• Use the Boeing Problem Solving Model methodology or Route Cause Corrective Action methodologies
• Work with customers and management to obtain project and milestone approval
• Identify performance metrics and plan resources required over the life of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
• 1+ years using Route Cause Corrective Action Methodologies
• Able to travel 10% of the time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
