About the role

Responsibilities
- Seeks out and collaborates with external suppliers to grow the Aggregation strategy (BASN - Boeing Aggregated Standards Network and BRMS - Boeing Raw Material Strategy)
- Leads the project management the onboarding of new suppliers into Aggregation Strategies
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
- Provides operational support to Boeing’s supply chain partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
