About the role

• Operations Procurement Agent managing suppliers and sourcing strategies for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products.

Responsibilities

• Seeks out and collaborates with external suppliers to grow the Aggregation strategy (BASN - Boeing Aggregated Standards Network and BRMS - Boeing Raw Material Strategy)
• Leads the project management the onboarding of new suppliers into Aggregation Strategies
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
• Provides operational support to Boeing’s supply chain partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
• 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
