Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of QMS (Quality Management System) experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment
- Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
- Experience using Systematic Problem Solving
- Lean or Continuous improvement experience
