About the role
- Experienced Financial Analyst supporting financial operations within Boeing's aerospace industry. Collaborating with teams to analyze data and improve financial outcomes in a hybrid workspace.
Responsibilities
- Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports
- Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management
- Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends
- Facilitate/lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations
- Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts
- Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends
- Provide coaching, training, mentoring to junior overhead analysts
- Support various other special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
- Master’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
- 1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis
- Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in-person, including ability to explain “why”
- Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
- Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders.
