- Manage investment portfolio: Take responsibility for steering and optimizing our investment portfolio.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration or housing management with a focus on controlling
- Several years of practical experience in project or process management
- Several years of experience in designing business-management software solutions
- Initial leadership experience
- Confident use of financial-mathematical models to value real estate projects (e.g., Discounted Cash Flow model, VoFi)
- Strong systems and IT competence with regard to SQL, MS Office (especially Excel), and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
