- Working student in project management at BMW Group. Supporting customer support logistics digital transformation initiatives with diverse project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt beim Termin-, Maßnahmen- und Statusmanagement sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings und Entscheidungsformaten.
- Außerdem wirkst du mit bei Präsentationen, Newslettern und Kommunikationsinhalten sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Workshops.
- Darüber hinaus trägst du bei zur Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Stakeholder-Landkarte sowie zur Ableitung geeigneter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.

- Des Weiteren unterstützt du bei der Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Dokumente.
Requirements
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation, Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung.
- Interesse an Projektmanagement, Kommunikation, Change Management und Stakeholder-Themen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Confluence oder SharePoint.
- Interesse am Einsatz von KI-Tools wie Use-Case-Identifikation, Prompting und strukturiertes Testen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein Gespür für klare und ansprechende Präsentationen.
