- Oversee end-to-end management of requests from corporate and foundation teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Creative teams to fulfill requests, and develop, distribute, and maintain detailed timelines to keep projects on track.
- Oversee all sample logistics for photoshoots and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sample tracking system in collaboration with the Sample Management team to ensure timely preparation and shipment of samples for photoshoots.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records for budget tracking.
- Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in project management or related field within fashion, luxury, or retail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and operational teams.
