About the role

  • Team Lead Project Manager guiding a team to optimize client relationships for a fintech startup supporting entrepreneurs financially. Responsible for team management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach a team of Project Managers (PrMs) dedicated to different portfolios of accounting firms located across various regions in France
  • Ensure each PrM has the resources needed to achieve their individual objectives and contribute to the overall goals co-created with Sales
  • Define and implement a global client relationship management strategy for accounting firms, adapted by firm typology to support deployment
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between the PrM team and other departments, particularly the Account Executive — Accounting Firms team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure rapid issue resolution
  • Identify process optimization opportunities within the PrM team with support from our Ops team
  • Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training to PrMs to strengthen their client relationship management skills and sector knowledge
  • Encourage professional development within the team
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track individual and collective team performance and share results with other teams
  • Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

  • Speak English (level will be assessed and is valued depending on the department you apply to)
  • Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
  • Make collaboration a priority within your team and with other stakeholders
  • Have sufficient perspective to prioritize high business-impact actions in your daily work
  • Have 2+ years of team management experience, including managing remote teams
  • Enjoy working with technology
  • Possess sharp critical and analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. Energetic and persuasive, you enjoy challenges and are results-oriented.
