  • Sales Manager for the Codierung sector at Bluhm Weber Group, leading customer acquisition and technical solutions development in Germany's key regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Deliver product presentations and conduct sales negotiations on-site with customers
  • Assess customer needs and develop concepts
  • Coordinate projects
  • Develop technical solutions for customer requirements together with colleagues from product development
  • Prepare customized proposals

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree
  • Sales experience (ideally in capital goods) desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
  • Technical knowledge or a strong technical interest
  • Organizational talent and solution-oriented mindset
  • Independent working style as well as the ability to work in a team
