About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist coordinating customer interactions and managing sales processes for leading BI service provider in Germany. Collaborating with customers and ensuring satisfaction through effective support and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate appointments, prepare them and maintain contact with our customers
  • You create quotations and orders and review the corresponding documents
  • You contribute to tender processes and ensure bids are submitted correctly and on time
  • You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
  • You collect feedback from our customers and thus ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business administration or similar
  • Experience in internal sales / inside sales
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and good English skills
