Responsibilities
You coordinate appointments, prepare them and maintain contact with our customers
You create quotations and orders and review the corresponding documents
You contribute to tender processes and ensure bids are submitted correctly and on time
You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
You collect feedback from our customers and thus ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business administration or similar
Experience in internal sales / inside sales
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent German and good English skills
