About the role

  • Head of Product responsible for product vision and strategy at Blaze, a fast-growing iGaming company in LATAM. Leading high-impact initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and local market needs.
  • Build, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, based on impact, data, user feedback, and Brazilian market dynamics.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Product Managers / Product Owners team.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Translate business objectives into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Make decisions driven by metrics, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, engagement).
  • Foster a strong culture of discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as an internal reference for product thinking and user experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align expectations, priorities, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, VP, or Director) managing teams of PMs and POs.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep experience in high-volume, high-concurrency digital platforms. Specific experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Fintech is highly desirable.
  • Brazilian Market Fluency: A profound understanding of the Brazilian digital landscape, including user behavior, local payment dynamics, and regulatory nuances.
  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Proven track record of defining product visions and translating them into actionable, multi-quarter roadmaps that balance innovation with operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expert-level ability to interpret complex data sets, conduct A/B testing, and utilize KPIs (Retention, LTV, GGR, Conversion) to pivot or persevere.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to hold your own in discussions with Engineering and Data teams regarding system architecture, scalability, and API integrations.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse teams—from Marketing and Commercial to UX/UI and Operations—around a unified goal.
  • Agile Advocacy: Mastery of discovery and delivery frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and rapid learning.
