Requirements
- Established experience as a Product Manager (or Senior PM), with a track record of owning a product area from discovery to delivery
- Fluency in the language of Reliability, including discussions on Observability strategies, Datadog configurations, and architectural trade-offs
- Ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment without burning out your team
- To be able to take a vertical business objective (e.g., "Improve Platform Stability") and translate it into actionable team-level projects
- Curiosity and willingness to roll up your sleeves
