About the role

  • Graphic Designer at JioBLAST shaping esports and entertainment brand visuals. Creating high-quality assets for tournaments and collaborating with marketing and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual assets for esports tournaments, campaigns, and daily content across platforms
  • Design social media creatives, tournament graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and performance marketing ads
  • Develop branding assets including logos, key visuals, stream overlays, and event identity systems
  • Prepare print-ready files for offline and on-ground activations (banners, standees, merch, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all JioBlast touchpoints
  • Adapt quickly to gaming trends and real-time content requirements during tournaments

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design (gaming/esports preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of coreldraw for print file creation and proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows
  • Comfortable using Canva and Google Slides for quick presentations and internal decks
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, YouTube thumbnails, and digital-first design
  • Experience in creating tournament graphics, branding systems, and logo design
  • Good understanding of print production (bleeds, color formats, export settings, etc.)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver under tight timelines
  • Well aware of gaming/esports culture
