Responsibilities
Serve as the primary product liaison for our Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams.
De-risk solutions with stakeholders, engineering, partners, and users; build consensus and proactively communicate project progress to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
Contribute to the product definition of Daily SaaS solutions, ensuring an intuitive, high-quality, and simple user experience.
Manage the roadmap and product backlog for your squad.
Establish, monitor, and own a robust set of metrics to track product performance, partner satisfaction, and user behavior.
Become the “source of truth” for your product scope. Meticulously document product rules, system logic, and feature capabilities in Confluence.
Requirements
Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in business, management, or a related field.
Proven product management experience (3–5 years; candidates with comparable skill sets will also be considered).
Business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of SaaS-driven approaches. Previous experience with B2B or B2G SaaS products is a strong plus.
Strong product sense and an end-user obsession, demonstrated by the ability to collect, analyze, and apply user insights to product decisions and business discussions, ensuring the end-user experience is always considered.
Ability to mobilize and align stakeholders, build trust, and engage people who do not report to you, while always keeping the user experience in mind.
Best-in-class roadmap execution skills: you can identify priorities, focus effort on the right initiatives, and manage complex trade-offs.
Attention to detail and an obsession with reducing ambiguity. You produce exceptionally clear, detailed, and well-structured product specifications and documentation.
Comfortable engaging in technical trade-off discussions with engineering teams while consistently considering business objectives.
Proactively use AI tooling to boost productivity and streamline your (or your team’s) workflows. It’s a strong plus if you also leverage AI to serve business objectives and improve the end-user experience.
