About the role

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducting assessments and supervising ABA programs. Supporting caregivers and collaborating with experienced BCBAs to create behavior plans and thrive in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
  • Supervise ABA programs and staff
  • Support and train caregivers & RBTs
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills
