Responsibilities
Selling our mining and infrastructure services in an international environment
Acquiring new customers as well as personally supporting and developing high-value existing clients
Strategically advising entrepreneurs, investors and family offices in online meetings
Responsibility for the entire customer lifecycle – from first contact to long-term client retention
Active contribution to sales strategies, go-to-market concepts and proposal/pricing structures
Close collaboration with the internal marketing team to optimize lead generation and market positioning
Managing, analyzing and forecasting all sales activities via HubSpot CRM
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience
Continuously optimizing sales processes and reporting directly to executive management
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development within a digital environment
Ideally experience in finance, tech, infrastructure or the crypto sector
Proven success in building trusted customer relationships and closing complex deals
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution
Strong affinity for technology, Bitcoin, mining and digital business models
Confident use of CRM systems (HubSpot is an advantage) and data-driven management
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility and strong negotiation skills
