Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Strategy, Positioning and Launch Readiness
  • Generate Insights, Forecasts and Performance Metrics
  • Deliver Omnichannel Brand Activation and Promotional Excellence
  • Lead Cross-Functional Launch Execution and Readiness
  • Manage Brand Operations, Budget and External Partners

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercialization, product launch planning, or strategic marketing
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in market analysis, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across global and affiliate functions
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field is required.
  • A Master Degree is preferred for candidates with a strong strategic or analytical focus
