About the role

  • Junior Chargeback Analyst managing digital ticketing events and optimizing chargeback processes. Acting as a liaison between the purchaser and Bilheteria Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Management of digital ticketing events
  • Focus on optimizing acquirer and bank costs
  • Handling chargeback (CBK) cases
  • Disputes with acquirers and card networks/brands
  • Liaison between the acquirer and Bilheteria Digital on CBK-related and operational matters
  • Handle daily chargeback-related requests
  • Maintain established controls
  • Propose process improvements in coordination with the acquirer
  • Perform basic analyses of routine activities
  • Contribute positively to the organizational climate
  • Commitment to process adjustments and continuous improvement of results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and proficiency with chargeback dispute systems, preferably from the acquirer side
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Results-oriented with business acumen
  • Knowledge of financial mathematics
  • Lifelong learning mindset
  • Emotional intelligence – ability to recognize, understand and manage one's own emotions
