About the role
- Analyst for LATAM payroll and analytics in a Dutch multinational. Managing payroll costs and supporting remuneration practices in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and update LATAM personnel cost data (payroll, benefits, variable pay and HR-related expenses)
- Support monitoring of the people budget by comparing actuals vs. plan and flagging variances
- Prepare basic cost variance analyses (monthly and year-to-date)
- Maintain and track metrics such as payroll vs. revenue, overtime and headcount
- Identify inconsistencies and support variance investigation
- Support execution of merit cycles and salary adjustments, ensuring data organization and consistency
- Support maintenance of variable compensation information (inputs, calculation bases and controls)
- Support management of bonus programs and PPR
- Build and update HR dashboards and reports (Excel / BI)
- Ensure data quality and consistency for analyses
- Support market surveys (salary and benefits benchmarking)
- Partner with Finance, HRBPs and operations to consolidate data and validate information
Requirements
- Previous experience in compensation, HR controlling or FP&A
- Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel reporting (required)
- Basic knowledge of financial metrics (revenue, cost, margin)
- Understanding of compensation and personnel budgeting
- Skills: organizational ability and attention to detail, communication and analytical capacity
- English or Spanish desirable
- Availability for in-person meetings 3x per week
