About the role

  • Handle order management and supplier relations at bike-components, a leading online bike shop. Engage in dynamic projects and support the Operational Buying Team in a hybrid workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing and order management.
  • Monitor delivery dates and lead times.
  • Maintain purchasing terms and supplier records.
  • Manage invoice query cases and invoice clarifications.
  • Handle purchasing complaints and returns.
  • Maintain close relationships and regular contact with suppliers.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Operational Buying team.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field and/or a degree in business administration.
  • Independent working style and a structured approach.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with business partners.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Very good German skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken.
