Responsibilities
Manage order processing and order management.
Monitor delivery dates and lead times.
Maintain purchasing terms and supplier records.
Manage invoice query cases and invoice clarifications.
Handle purchasing complaints and returns.
Maintain close relationships and regular contact with suppliers.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Operational Buying team.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial field and/or a degree in business administration.
Independent working style and a structured approach.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with business partners.
Strong numerical aptitude and good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
Very good German skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken.
