About the role
- Analist developer creating and maintaining SharePoint Online sites for BHS in a hybrid setting. Collaborating with Microsoft 365 tools integration and support duties.
Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and maintain sites, libraries, lists, and permissions in SharePoint Online;
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Power Apps);
- Use Power BI to create dashboards;
- Use Power Apps and/or Power Automate;
- Establish procedural and synchronization rules;
- Provide second-level technical support, resolving issues and implementing improvements;
- Document implemented solutions, access controls, and integrations;
- Coordinate with business areas to resolve integration or synchronization issues.
Requirements
- Experience with SharePoint;
- Knowledge of creating and administering sites, lists, libraries, and permissions in SharePoint;
- Experience with Power BI (including publishing dashboards to SharePoint);
- Basic knowledge of Python or C# to support custom integrations;
- Good communication skills for interacting with user teams;
- Organized, with the ability to document technical processes;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
