About the role

Responsibilities
- Enable the development of beyonnex' Enterprise-IoT-Suite (bxSUITE) and related services
- Foster an environment for effective work and self-organization within development teams
- Mediate conflicts and promote technical, business and transformation excellence
- Support collaboration across multiple teams and help resolve dependencies
- Collaborate with other coaches to identify and address systemic issues
Requirements
- Initial experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, or studying business psychology, project management or a related field
- Courage to embrace new approaches and encourage the team
- Curiosity and a strong appetite for learning
- Demonstrates an agile mindset and inspires colleagues
- Good communication skills in German and English (C1)
- Willingness to travel to the Hamburg head office
- Ideally, knowledge of and initial practical experience with the Kanban method
