Responsibilities
You support the development and operation of our content production pipeline, contributing your creative and organizational skills.
As part of the BAUHAUS Content Factory, you help shape the future of our automated content production for all digital channels.
You participate in creating and optimizing content and develop the necessary workflows, prompt logic, and guidelines for the use of Generative AI.
Acting as an interface between creation, technology, and stakeholders, you support project management in day-to-day operations, maintain schedules and status overviews, and ensure process documentation.
You take responsibility for quality assurance of produced content and assist in maintaining and structuring training data (e.g., image and design assets).
You actively contribute your own ideas to increase efficiency and to creatively apply new technologies, documenting the insights gained for the entire team.
Requirements
You have a completed degree (e.g., Media Informatics, Digital Media, Communication Design, or Media Management) that combines technical understanding with a strong affinity for design and media.
You have a strong interest in Generative AI and process automation and ideally already have initial experience with AI tools in a creative context.
You combine a creative sense for design and visual trends with a highly structured, solution-oriented, and process-focused mindset.
You enjoy organization, documentation, and continuous optimization of workflows, and you like learning new technological systems.
You are a strong communicator and team player who can mediate between technical and creative requirements.
Good English skills complete your profile.
