Responsibilities
Implement advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant, timely content to customers based on their needs and preferences
Define and build target audiences and campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools
Gain insights into our customers through research, feedback, and interaction data to improve our segmentation strategy
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to increase impact
Conduct regular A/B testing and experiments to determine what works best for our players
Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality-control guidelines
Prepare and submit offer proposals to regulators when required
Oversee production of marketing assets, including copy and imagery, for campaigns
Support the Customer Support team by investigating and following up on any issues that arise
Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Content, Elite, etc.) to coordinate effective campaign implementation
Requirements
Proven experience executing CRM, automation, and retention strategies
Native Portuguese speaker (required); fluent in English and at least intermediate Spanish
Proficient with Optimove or similar CRM/automation platforms
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with the customer lifecycle
Ability to map the customer journey and identify drivers of repeat engagement
Bonus: Advanced Excel skills
Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or subscription businesses
