Responsibilities
Manage and moderate brand communities and social profiles (comments, inbox messages, and interactions)
Identify real-time engagement opportunities (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
Collaborate with creative and planning teams to adapt and expand content
Monitor brand mentions and act on crisis management when necessary
Support creator/influencer initiatives through interactions and social activations
Ensure consistency in brand tone of voice and guidelines
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
Previous experience as a Community Manager with a focus on working with advertising or communications agencies
Agility to operate in real time and handle multiple demands
Analytical ability to turn interactions into insights
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and be available to start immediately on a freelance project for up to 6 months
