Responsibilities
- Preparation of management reporting across various control levels (Group, segments, business units, cost centers) and performance of variance analyses
- Ongoing project controlling of customer projects in the Professional Services area
- Participation in month-/quarter-/year-end closing activities
- Continuous development of internal reporting
- Support in the preparation of a detailed annual business plan and the subsequent derivation of a medium-term plan
- Monitoring budget targets during the financial year and preparing intra-year forecasts
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and presentations
- Quarterly calculation of sales commissions
- Supporting departments with business/economic issues
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting or in business informatics
- Open-minded personality with enthusiasm for building and improving processes and structures
- Analytical mindset combined with an implementation-oriented approach and a strong hands-on mentality
- IT affinity and confident use of common MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, team-oriented working style and strong communication skills in German and English
