Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes related to network expansion, CAPEX, and store counts
- Support the creation, review, and submission of investment profiles (IPs) and business cases for new store openings and related initiatives
- Monitor and report on new openings, analyzing P&L performance versus business case
- Deliver CAPEX reporting, store count reporting, and financial insights to leadership teams
- Collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager, Property & Network Director, and global network stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and support ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in senior business finance roles
- Experience in international organizations, ideally within retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Business partnering capabilities
- High energy, strategic mindset, and a proactive attitude in driving complex agendas
- Solid command of Microsoft Office; experience with Hyperion, AX/SAP, and BI systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian.
