Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance across construction assurance and engineering project activities, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, margin control, and reliable forecasting while partnering closely with operational teams.
- Lead the end-to-end financial follow-up of projects, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and margin analysis by project or contract.
- Own and lead the WIP (Work in Progress) process, ensuring consistent methodology and accurate cut-off practices.
- Lead budget and forecast cycles for the perimeter, covering backlog evolution, resource consumption, margins, and project performance.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in controlling, audit, or project finance.
- Strong exposure to project-based services, engineering environments, or construction/technical project ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of project economics, cost allocation, and revenue recognition (including Percentage of Completion – POC).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with long-cycle project financials and WIP processes.
- Fluent English & Spanish (both required).
- French or Portuguese are considered a plus.
