Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for SendGrid and our portfolio across various domain registrars
- Ensure our emails actually hit the inbox, not the spam folder
- Use Cloudflare as our primary shield and traffic cop
- Manage DNS records (A, CNAME, MX), set up WAF rules to block malicious traffic, and optimize CDN settings for global performance
- Act as the "glue" between our platforms - taking authentication codes from SendGrid and implementing them within Cloudflare
- Proactively monitor IP and domain health, configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols
- Be the first point of contact for hardware or software issues
Requirements
- Solid experience managing Cloudflare, SendGrid, and various modern domain registrars
- Practical knowledge of email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Comfortable jumping between Windows and macOS environments
