Requirements
Proficiency with educational technology tools: experience with school management platforms, LMS (virtual learning environments) and tools that support the teaching–learning process.
User training and development: ability to deliver in-person and online training to diverse audiences (school leaders, teachers, and technical teams).
Educational data analysis: ability to interpret platform metrics, reports, and indicators to guide strategic decisions in schools.
Technical support: ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to educational platforms.
Interpersonal communication: clarity, empathy, and assertiveness when interacting with teams and diverse stakeholders.
Adaptation to technological innovations: commitment to continuous learning about new tools, trends, and best practices in the edtech sector.

Previous experience with schools, educational support, or implementation of technological solutions.
Familiarity with instructional design, educational user experience (educational UX), or data analysis (Google Sheets / Power BI).
