About the role

  • Administrative Analyst handling OKR management and compliance processes at Bernoulli Education. Collaborating across departments to optimize procurement and training processes in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • OKR - Manage, calculate and present department OKRs
  • Action Plan - Monitor actions and update the Action Plan for audits performed by the Audit and Compliance department
  • Procedures - Create, develop, request validation and publish policies and procedures for both departments
  • Act as facilitator, multiplier and focal point for matters related to the Procurement Portal and the Corporate Travel Control system (Paytrack)
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Facilities, GG, IT, GP and Operations areas to address cyclical/routine demands and to support the execution of short-, medium- and long-term projects
  • Audits - Conduct audits of the team's Purchasing processes to verify compliance with NAGS and identify possible deviations and/or breaches of current procedures
  • Contracts - Monitor contract terms and notify managers when contracts are approaching expiration
  • Provide training to requesters on questions related to issuing purchase requests (SC), monitoring approval of purchase orders (OC) and managing deliveries
  • Perform weekly follow-up of purchase requests (SC) pending action by buyers and request status updates on actions
  • Conduct market studies on best practices in the education sector that directly or indirectly affect Procurement
  • Periodically perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations of suppliers and service providers
  • Publish periodic “Knowledge Pills” with relevant information on existing policies, budgetary control, corporate contracts, and more
  • Act as the communication link between Procurement and the departments to be established: Engineering and Warehouse
  • KPI - Finalize monthly indicators for the Procurement and Corporate Travel departments
  • Training - Deliver internal training on department policies

Requirements

  • Specific Knowledge - Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, RM TOTVS system, Quality Management Systems)
  • Basic knowledge of environments and legislation NR10, NR35, Quality (ISO 9001:2008), processes and results
