About the role

  • Reward Analyst supporting design and management of reward framework for Sizewell C. Analyzing compensation data and ensuring compliant pay structures in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and management of the reward framework
  • Analyse compensation and benefits data
  • Support annual reward cycles
  • Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant pay structures across the project

Requirements

  • Experience in an analyst role, able to interpret and analyse large datasets confidently
  • Demonstrable experience with reward systems (HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, HR Data Analyst, or similar)
  • Experience using reward or job evaluation systems, with understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and reward frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with HRIS or reward/compensation systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to present complex data and insights clearly
  • Good understanding of compensation principles
  • Knowledge of Hay, Mercer, or other job evaluation methodologies (Desirable)
  • Experience with benefits administration (Desirable)
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) (Desirable)

  • Bonus: 5%
  • Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 5 years
