Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and management of the reward framework
Analyse compensation and benefits data
Support annual reward cycles
Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant pay structures across the project
Requirements
Experience in an analyst role, able to interpret and analyse large datasets confidently
Demonstrable experience with reward systems (HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, HR Data Analyst, or similar)
Experience using reward or job evaluation systems, with understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and reward frameworks
Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
Experience working with HRIS or reward/compensation systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to present complex data and insights clearly
Good understanding of compensation principles
Knowledge of Hay, Mercer, or other job evaluation methodologies (Desirable)
Experience with benefits administration (Desirable)
CIPD qualification (or working towards it) (Desirable)
