About the role

  • Business Analyst in Front Office focusing on trading and risk management for VO2 Finance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements: participate in gathering, analyzing and documenting user and stakeholder needs.
  • Model business processes: use modeling tools to represent and optimize workflows.
  • Manage requirements: write clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate solutions: contribute to analyzing proposed solutions and assessing their alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school or equivalent; minimum of 3 years' experience in a pre-trade / Front Office environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (trading platforms, position management systems)
  • Proficiency with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives
  • Interest in technological developments and innovation in financial services
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and project management tools is a plus
  • Fluent English required
