About the role

  • Teamlead managing a five-member Customer Guidance Team at Bergzeit to enhance customer journey. Strategic development of digital consulting quality and optimization of onsite experience throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the five-member Customer Guidance team
  • Responsible for the strategic development of digital consulting quality across the customer journey
  • Optimize the customer journey and onsite experience together with the team
  • Manage content cross-functionally and set quality standards
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, especially in AI, automation, personalization, and segmentation
  • Consolidate relevant insights through active collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous change processes within the team

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in digital consulting, customer guidance, project management, and leadership
  • Agile leadership style and a desire to further develop your team
  • Structured, analytical, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong affinity for outdoor and mountain sports and the related product range
  • Solid sales and consulting expertise
  • Knowledge of UX design and UX research expertise
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
