Responsibilities
You coordinate the supply chain process in purchasing for orders and deliveries.
You plan, monitor and coordinate purchasing deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability.
You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) interfaces/stakeholders.
You identify development potential in the purchasing supply chain process and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
You participate in various projects (e.g., process automation).
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or have solid professional experience in purchasing or process optimization.
You have user and customization experience with an ERP system.
You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes.
You are a fast learner with a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset.
You have excellent Excel skills, a strong affinity for data and an interest in digital topics.
You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork.
You enjoy managing interfaces both internally within the company and with external partners.
You have very good German language skills.
