Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee test processes in accordance with ISTQB standards
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing strategies and methods

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software testing
- Completed vocational training or degree in STEM subjects, preferably in IT (specialized computer science), systems electronics, or banking
- Experience in testing and basic knowledge of test automation, including initial experience with frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java
- Advanced skills in error/fault analysis and remediation, plus experience in GUI and interface/API testing across different industries
- Willingness to take on new challenges and grow across all areas of software testing, with a particular focus on verifying compliance with specified requirements through comprehensive testing methods
- Excellent ability to communicate technical content to diverse audiences, combined with a strong team orientation
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel for business (2–3 days per week)
