About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure that new technical developments and new products reach customers in a stable, reliable, and high-quality state
- Develop effective test strategies and drive automation across all relevant test levels
- Embed quality early in the development process and work closely with development and the business in an agile Scrum team
- Provide transparency around test progress, risks, and quality and use tools such as Azure DevOps
- Actively contribute ideas for process flows, usability, and UX/UI topics
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance and in the structured testing of complex applications
- Practical experience in test automation, e.g., with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or comparable frameworks
- Basic understanding of programming (e.g., C#, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, test plans, as well as performance and load testing (e.g., k6, JMeter) is a plus
- Structured, careful, and self-directed working style
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
