About the role
- Culture & Communications Jr Analyst executing engagement initiatives and managing internal communications at BEON.tech connecting LATAM developers with U.S. companies.
Responsibilities
- Ejecutar iniciativas de cultura organizacional y engagement.
- Planificar, coordinar y comunicar eventos y actividades tanto virtuales como presenciales.
- Gestionar comunicaciones internas a través de distintos canales (Slack, email, newsletter, entre otros).
- Diseñar, lanzar y analizar encuestas de clima internas.
- Registrar y analizar métricas de engagement, participación y comunicación.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de e-learning y programas de formación.
- Participar en el armado de la estrategia de comunicación interna y externa.
Requirements
- Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
- Se valorará experiencia previa en posiciones similares, pero no es excluyente.
- Ser estudiante o recibido/a de Comunicación Social, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Relaciones del Trabajo o carreras afines.
- Es un plus tener conocimientos del uso de Figma y herramientas de edición.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas en Villa Crespo, CABA.
