- Supervisar el progreso de los proyectos IT, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con stakeholders externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
- Fomentar la colaboración entre equipos internos, facilitando el intercambio de información clave sobre el avance de las tareas, procesos internos y nuevas iniciativas.
Requirements
- Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
- Habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
- Excelente manejo de stakeholders.
- Experiencia en la industria del desarrollo de software.
