About the role
- Technology Product Manager developing innovative solutions at Benner. Leading technical architecture and mentoring teams in modern software practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical studies and assessments for the evolution of Benner product architectures (currently .NET Core, .NET Standard and Delphi);
- Define the technology roadmap (frameworks, versions, integration, legacy modernization);
- Promote adoption of best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, containers, automated testing);
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure and security teams to validate and implement solutions;
- Manage the technical backlog, evaluating priorities, costs and risks;
- Work with stakeholders to balance technical effort with business value and the overall roadmap;
- Monitor software engineering trends applicable to ERP;
- Mentor architects and technical leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, especially around AI.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET Core, .NET Standard and interoperability with legacy systems (e.g., Delphi);
- Strong background in modern architectures (.NET 6/7/8+, micro-frontends, APIs, messaging, containers/Kubernetes);
- Ability to conduct Proofs of Concept and technology benchmarking;
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar), code quality tools, automated testing;
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to influence decisions at all levels (product, development, infrastructure teams);
- Advanced technical English (reading and writing, occasional speaking).
- Experience migrating Delphi systems to modern technologies;
- Previous experience working on ERP products or complex management systems;
- Familiarity with security best practices, compliance and high availability in .NET;
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, structured logs, tracing).
