Responsibilities
Map opportunities within public institutions (municipal, state, and federal levels)
Identify public notices, price-registration records, and bidding opportunities
Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector
Conduct institutional visits and technical/commercial meetings
Work on expanding existing contracts (upsell and cross-sell)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields
Specialization courses in the areas mentioned (preferred)
Experience in B2B sales of software and service BPO markets (experience with BPO is a plus)
Experience using and managing sales CRMs
Experience across sales funnel stages
Knowledge of data analysis for preparing sales presentations for management and executive leadership
Strong proficiency in Excel for creating spreadsheets and pricing tables, Word for formatting high-quality proposals, and PowerPoint for preparing client presentations, in addition to the Microsoft Office suite as a whole
Knowledge of health plan operator business/processes (desirable)
Knowledge of sales processes for the public sector, including analysis of public notices/tenders and required documentation
Strong written communication and oral presentation skills
