About the role
- Manage project implementations of health software systems for a leading Brazilian company. Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the implementation project of the system sold by the company, following the implementation methodology, leading the responsible team and ensuring delivery of the contracted scope within agreed timelines and costs;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define the project's objectives, scope, requirements and constraints, managing the creation of the Project Charter and obtaining approval from all parties involved;
- Manage the development of the Project Management Plan including activities, deadlines, required resources, costs involved and risks associated with the project;
- Coordinate allocation of human, financial and material resources necessary for project execution, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks, taking into account each team member's skills, availability and capacity;
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties;
- Ensure achievement of the company's revenue targets, guaranteeing project profitability;
- Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues;
- Oversee the area’s performance indicators, monitor results, develop relevant action plans and present them at the strategic level to support decision-making;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields;
- Specialization in Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Experience in managing system implementation projects for the healthcare sector. Negotiation and communication skills are essential;
- PMP and/or SCM certification preferred.
