About the role

  • BPO Coordinator overseeing legal operations and client relations while optimizing workflows and team performance. Leading implementation of legal technologies and ensuring deadline compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategies to optimize operational workflows and improve demand management;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and other stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and quality in service delivery;
  • Act as a facilitator in communication between the areas involved, ensuring integration and process synergy;
  • Manage and ensure that work is delivered on time and meets quality standards;
  • Actively participate in the implementation of legal technologies, such as automated legal process control or case management systems;
  • Monitor and control the budget for the operation under your responsibility;
  • Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for client service in Legal BPO, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal processes;
  • Conduct performance evaluations of the team, providing feedback to employees to improve performance and outcomes;
  • Hold regular team meetings to monitor activities, identify improvement needs, and encourage and motivate the team in pursuit of quality in their work;
  • Plan employees' vacations and time off, as well as monitor absences and attendance, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
  • Foster a healthy, positive, and harmonious organizational climate, using emotional intelligence to mediate internal conflicts and facilitate solutions through participatory management.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Degree in Accounting or Law
  • Mandatory experience in labor (employment) calculations
