About the role

  • Omnichannel Consultant involved in implementing customer experience strategies and overseeing transformation projects within the organization. Collaborating with multiple departments to enhance omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to evolve the omnichannel experience
  • Execute and orchestrate transformation initiatives and projects across the organization
  • Maintain an overarching view and ensure consistency of the customer experience
  • Manage and optimize governance mechanisms and work processes
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, such as in customer experience, business strategy, or digital transformation
  • Advanced proficiency in French and functional proficiency in English
  • Experience in a large enterprise
  • Knowledge of distribution in the financial services and insurance sector (an asset)
