Responsibilities
You are the face, voice and growth driver of Benetics AI in the German market — supported by the Head of Sales Germany and the entire team.
Together with our Lead Gen & Marketing team you build your own pipeline and continuously develop it.
You conduct sales conversations, demos and close deals with trades and construction companies.
You are present at trade shows, events and industry gatherings.
You network with multipliers, partners and thought leaders.
You turn customers into true Benetics AI champions.
You bring market feedback directly back to the team (product, marketing, go-to-market).
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably with complex or consultative products)
Hunter mindset: curious, persistent, organized
Strong personal presence and enjoyment of public presentations
Team player with initiative
Excellent German for customer-facing work, good English for internal collaboration
Experience in the construction or trades sector is a plus but not required.
