Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations
Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance
Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes
Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement
Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams
Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (B2)
Organizational skills with great attention to detail
Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
