Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate benefits administration, including benefit transactions, handling service requests, and providing support to employees.
- Analyze and review the company’s benefit programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance about available benefits.
- Support the monitoring, updating, and analysis of employee data related to benefits usage and eligibility.
- Prepare management reports and utilization metrics for benefits, recommending continuous improvements to existing programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in corporate benefits.
- Assist in organizing and executing internal communication campaigns about benefits and employee well-being.
- Participate in meetings with vendors to negotiate contracts, evaluate proposals, and monitor financial aspects (invoicing and account allocations).
- Work closely with the Human Resources team on projects and initiatives related to benefits management and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge in benefits administration and management routines.
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and an analytical profile.
