Support Analyst managing technical and functional aspects of TOTVS DataSul ERP. Ensuring system stability and efficient user support related to critical business processes.
Responsibilities
Prestar suporte técnico e funcional aos módulos do ERP DataSul (Financeiro, Faturamento, Compras, Estoque, Controladoria, Contabilidade, entre outros).
Realizar análise de incidentes, investigação de logs e troubleshooting de erros em ambiente DataSul.
Atender chamados via ferramenta ITSM, garantindo cumprimento de SLAs e qualidade no atendimento.
Apoiar atualizações de versão, aplicação de patches e testes de homologação.
Acompanhar rotinas críticas de negócio e garantir o funcionamento dos processos integrados ao sistema.
Atuar em conjunto com equipes internas e consultorias TOTVS para solução de problemas complexos.
Documentar procedimentos, soluções e fluxos de atendimento.
Requirements
Superior completo ou cursando em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Software ou similar
Experiência com TOTVS DataSul.
Conhecimento dos principais módulos: Financeiro, Compras, Estoque, Faturamento, Contabilidade, Ativo Fixo ou equivalentes.
Noções de Progress 4GL (leitura, análise básica e troubleshooting).
Experiência com consultas SQL (Progress DB, PostgreSQL ou SQL Server).
Compreensão de estruturas do ambiente DataSul: AppServer, SmartClient, Database, WebServer.
Experiência com ferramentas de chamados (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira ou similares).
