About the role

  • Sales Representative for a family-owned wood trading company in Göttingen, Germany. Responsible for customer consulting, acquisition, and order processing in sales territory.

Responsibilities

  • You represent our company in the assigned sales territory
  • Advise and support customers and acquire new customers
  • Use negotiation skills and expertise to sell our branded products
  • Process orders from preparing quotes to closing sales
  • Handle customer complaints

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the timber/wood trade or building materials trade
  • Proven experience and strong closing skills in outside sales
  • Organizational skills, confident demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Team player, reliable and able to work independently
  • Valid Class B driver's license required
