About the role

  • Sales Representative for automotive spare parts focusing on client relations and market analysis. Seeking new customers and supporting existing accounts in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform demand and potential analysis (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license class B (formerly class 3)
